Willow Wrap Around Care Lead

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Play and Club Leader in the Willow Wrap Around Care Team, who is committed to supporting the learning of students to join our dedicated team at Beckfoot Nessfield. You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, promote inclusion, and help all students to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships, model our values of Kindness-Hardwork-Ambition, and help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. We are looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated to support young people of all abilities and backgrounds Can work collaboratively as part of a team Demonstrates a commitment to inclusion and equality Has high expectations of themselves and others This role would suit someone, ready to take ownership of an established club and help it grow into an even stronger provision for our children and families. Shares our vision for creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind. This is a permanent position for 25 hours per week, Term Time only, plus 5 days.
