Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Classroom Teacher - Maternity Cover

Mulberry Silverdale Primary School is seeking to appoint a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team on a maternity cover basis from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and ensuring every child gets the very best start to their learning journey. About the role:You will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive, explore, and grow in confidence. We are looking for someone who: Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development Is passionate about early years education and learning through play Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils Is warm, caring, and able to build strong relationships with children, staff, and families Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the wider school community
