The successful candidate will undertake a 0.8 KS2 teaching commitment alongside their Assistant Head responsibilities. The Assistant Head will assist the Head of School to lead, motivate and inspire pupils, staff, parents, and work alongside the Methodist church and the wider community, to ensure every pupil is confident in themselves, is respectful of others, achieves well and gains the skills and knowledge to succeed in life and at work. As a senior leader within the Epworth Education Trust, the Assistant Head, together with the Head of School and Local Advisory Board (LAB), will be responsible for establishing and implementing the vision and direction for the school.
