Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that ensure all pupils make strong progress. Set challenging learning objectives and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform future teaching. Provide effective feedback and maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and progress. Support pupils’ wellbeing as a tutor, including safeguarding and pastoral care responsibilities Pay range: M1- M6 Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Ability to deliver consistently good or outstanding lessons.
