A SENDCo to work across the infant and junior schools in collaboration with the Inclusion Manager. A SENDCo who is highly motivated, creative and well organised. A SENDCo with expert knowledge of SEND provision, legal frameworks and LA systems & processes. A SENDCo who wishes to develop outstanding practice, has a love of learning and high expectations of childrenβs progress, achievement and behaviour. A SENDCo who has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. A SENDCo who is committed to developing the professional understanding of the staff body. A SENDCo who values, embraces and celebrates the rich diversity of our schools.
