Marlborough is a popular and successful primary school located in Tytherington. This role is fixed term and is in place to allow a member of our team to take up a secondment with the Local Authority. A range of assessment techniques to accelerate pupil progress and attainment and the ability to articulate these? A belief that children’s behaviour can be shaped and guided through positive reinforcement, fair consequences and by the example they see from adults and peers around them? A commitment to continuing professional development?
