Salary: Grade 7, Points 12-19 (Meridian Trust), £24,561- £27,535 actual (£28,598-£32,061 FTE) Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Term Time + Training Days We are looking to appoint a Student Support Assistant to support the running of our House Office. A great chance to work with a strong, fun enthusiastic team, providing administrative and pastoral support to the house leadership and promote positive behaviour of all students. The opportunity Support the House Office with student attendance and punctuality. Administrative support for the House Office. Attend regular meetings with external agencies to provide the best support for students. Maintain a good relationship with parents and act as first point of call for parental enquiries. Assist the Assistant Principal, Senior Tutor, and Tutors in effectively implementing the behaviour management programmes for students  The ideal candidate Good educational background with excellent written and oral communication skills Experience of administration background, education and working with young people Positive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative.
