Vacancy: Trust Receptionist - Fixed term contract initially for 2 months. Hours: Full time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (8am - 4pm Monday to Friday) Start: 1st June 2026 Salary: Salary £25,185 - £26,403 The vacancy The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust comprising 30 schools. We are currently seeking a Trust Receptionist to deliver efficient, comprehensive, and confidential front-of-house and administrative support services. We are looking for a candidate who: - Who has experience in an administrative / reception role Experience of diary management Experience with filing and high attention to detail Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities Has knowledge of using Microsoft applications including spreadsheets and word processing packages. Has good communication skills. Is reliable and punctual. Applicants must have 5 GCSE’s (minimum grade C/4) including Maths and English or equivalent. Why Work for us?
