What you will do to be successful here
Act as an integral part of the school staff team, and as such to make a contribution to the overall aims of the school, working within agreed policies and procedures.
Provide the appropriate level of support needed by students to promote and encourage independence and good social behaviour.
What you will need
Some experience of working with children with SEMH needs (desirable).
Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
The ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
The ability to maintain confidentiality.
First Aid & Food Hygiene Qualification and experience of working with children is desirable but not essential.

Castle Batch Primary School is currently part of The Priory Learning Trust, a group of like-minded schools whose shared ambition is to provide A Great Education for Every Child.
