St Joseph's governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic inclusion assistant to support pupils individually and in small groups who are finding it difficult to access learning independently. The successful candidate will: Be supportive of our Catholic ethos. Provide academic, pastoral and behavioural support to individual pupils and/or small groups. Be a good communicator and team player. Be able to build good relationships with pupils. Be committed to supporting pupils with additional needs. Be committed to inclusion for all pupils.
